Problem
The challenge of designing a user-friendly CRM and compliance system is to find a way to effectively manage large amounts of tabular data within the constraints of small monitor screens. This issue is a common one for many businesses and organizations, as it is not always feasible to purchase larger monitors for all employees. To overcome this challenge, a user-centered design solution must be employed that takes into account the limited screen space and provides a way to access and manage the data efficiently.
